One of the very few non-male pitmasters in the Greater Chicago Area barbeque arena, VALLEE BBQ crafts exceptional barbeque that pulls influence from various bbq regions such as Texas, the Carolinas, and lesser-known ones like Kentucky.
Our goal is to redefine and challenge the norms of the craft while giving homage to its intricate roots.
